Soft corals, gorgonians, anemones, and zoanthids seem to be less well documented than stony corals.  Listed below are the only Hawaiian species that that I have found references to so far.  Hawaiian reefs are nutrient poor and thus have significantly fewer filter feeding animals such as soft corals, but I assume there really are more than this!  Where a species is reported as being endemic to Hawaii this has been indicated with
